Texas A&M University-Texarkana and Bowie County Master Gardeners will present a program called Backyard Composting and Keyhole Gardening on Monday at the university.
The program will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Room 306 of the Science and Technology Building. The class is free and open to the public, and no reservation is required.
Texas Master Gardener Aaron Harding, owner of Whippoorwill Gardens in Atlanta, Texas, will give helpful tips on how to start composting at home and show participants how to grow their own delicious, healthy vegetables in a small, convenient space.
