The Texarkana Chamber of Commerce will hold a Business2Business Breakfast at 8 a.m. Friday at the Texarkana, Ark., Convention Center.
The speaker is Courtney Shoalmire, dean of health sciences at Texarkana College. She will talk about a grant the TC nursing program recently received from the Texas Workforce Commission that was used for technological upgrades. Shoalmire will discuss the details of the upgrades and how they benefit Texarkana.
