The University of Arkansas Cossatot Center for Student Success will hold a free homebuyer's seminar at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 30 on the Ashdown, De Queen and Nashville campuses.
The seminar will feature guest speakers from Diamond Bank, Hale Real Estate Sales, Farmers Insurance and Century 21 Texarkana.
Several topics will be covered, including budgeting, insurance, mortgage readiness, fair lending, title work and foreclosure.
The seminars will be in audiovisual classrooms. The seminar will be held in Room 215 on the Ashdown campus, Room 512 of the Allison Building on the De Queen campus and Room 113 on the Nashville campus.
