Better Homes franchise opens Texarkana office

December 9th, 2018 by Junius Stone in Texarkana News

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Infinity now has an office in Texarkana. The 10-year-old organization is represented by a leader who has been in the real estate game for some time.

"I've been in real estate since 2006," said Theresa Liepman, owner of the local franchise. "I've been managing teams of agents since 2008. I decided now was the time to go out on my own. This was the next progression."

Leipman said she went with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Infinity because she likes its approach to customers.

"Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Infinity fully believes in taking care of their customers," she said. "And so do I. It is like the food service industry in that respect. You take care of your customers, not only will they come back but they will spread the word around about you."

Real estate, home buying, is a unique purchase unlike most others most customers will engage in.

"Most customers do this only a few times in their life," Leipman said. "And some do it only once. So it is my job to figure out exactly what they are looking for and provide it to them."

Leipman said success in real estate also comes down to showing properties in their best light.

"Presentation is key to this business," she said. "And not only are you selling a home, the place they will live, you are selling a lifestyle. The home is an expression of who they are and a realization of a dream. It is very exciting, really."

Coming to this stage in her career involved not only the experience she had gained in pursuing this profession but also a fair amount of schooling and training.

"To get here also involved course work, a lot of it. Also, I needed a college degree as well as other studies to get me here," she said. "All that combined with my experience brought me to the point of leading a team and running my own office."

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Infinity Texarkana opened its doors in late November of this year, just before Thanksgiving. Leipman said she and her staff are settling in and getting ready for the New Year.

"I look forward to serving my existing clients and meeting the new ones to come," she said.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Infiniity Texarkana is located at 4602 McKnight Road, Texarkana, Texas. Call them at 903-306-1454.
