The Texarkana Community Based Outpatient Clinic will host the next Veterans Town Hall meeting starting 6 p.m. Jan. 19, 2019, at 910 Realtor Road.
Prior to the meeting, members of the Texarkana Chamber of
Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. to celebrate the clinic's new
chamber membership.
