BlueLine Rental's local branch wins recognition for performance

The Texarkana branch of BlueLine Rental was named 2017 Overall Branch of the Year 2017, beating out the other 115 branches in the company.

Branches are evaluated for the award based on financial performance, achievement of key performance indicators and commitment to safety, local branch Manager Bo Brossette said.

"We focused on winning and success, which means serving our customers and going above and beyond for them," he said. "It meant being a part of a team that values quality and integrity and works together toward a shared vision. We would not be in the position we are in without the employees."

Though BlueLine Rental is a corporation, each branch focuses on local service with the motto "Operating with the heart of an independent."

"I get to make the best decisions for my team, which ultimately makes the better experience for the customers," Brossette said.

He said in Texarkana, everyone knows everyone, and his employees make a point of getting to know customers.

"We know what our local customers need and they know what BlueLine can provide.

"Most of our team is made up of people who have roots here, so we have strong ties and pride for our work in the community. If it weren't for your support, we would not have achieved such a huge recognition."

The company began in 2001, and the local branch opened in 2012. Brossette said this is the first time the Texarkana branch has won the award.
