Sunset Church of God in Christ will have a Black History Celebration 11 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, at 1603 Lee St., Texarkana, Texas.
The event will follow the theme, "African Americans in Times of War, the Role We Played," with Avery Shelton as the keynote speaker.
