Main Street Texarkana has upcoming events. The Main Street Texarkana Kickoff Party will be 5-8 p.m. this Friday at 1894 City Market.

Memberships start at $25. There will be wine and hors d'oeuvres served. Local performer Dexter Rowe will provide live music.

The 11th annual Run The Line Half Marathon takes place Saturday. Start time is 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Broad and Main streets in downtown Texarkana. Participants must be at least 13 years old by race day. Course maps, online registration and more can be found at txkruntheline.org.
