A man was shot to death Friday afternoon in Texarkana, Ark., and another man who lives about half a mile away was taken into custody for questioning about the shooting.
The deceased man was found in the backyard of a residence near U.S. Highway 67 at the Texarkana, Ark., city limit. The 911 call was made about 2:30 p.m. Friday.
