Wintry weather and icy roads led to the cancellation Tuesday of Circuit Judge Carlton Jones' criminal docket at the Miller County jail courtroom.
The 35-page docket listed defendants charged with felonies in Miller County, some of whom are free on bond and others who are being held in jail. Officials have not yet released a reschedule date for the court but anticipate doing so in the coming days.
Any defendants whose case was listed on Jones' docket Tuesday should contact their attorney or the Miller County Circuit Clerk's office to determine when their case will be called next. Failing to appear in court can lead to additional charges.
