A vintage rail lounge car that will become a downtown diner awaits transport to its new home Thursday, July 12, 2018, at M&M Milling Inc. in Texarkana, Ark. As of Thursday afternoon, the car was slowly making its way down Highway 67/Broad Street to the spot where it will be set up at Front and Olive streets.
