University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana will hold four new-student orientation sessions in August. Orientation is mandatory for all incoming UAHT students.
Attendees will be introduced to all aspects of the college including financial aid, advising, student clubs, activities, book rentals, technology, and other resources to help them succeed. Orientation will include games and icebreakers, along with a free breakfast, T-shirt and prizes.
Students can choose from morning or evening orientations on the following dates:
Hope campus
- 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 14
- 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Aug. 20
Texarkana campus
- 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 16
- 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Aug. 20
