A man is in critical condition at Wadley Hospital after the bicycle he was riding Monday night was was struck by a vehicle.
The incident happened about 10 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Broad and East 14th streets in Texarkana, Ark.
According to Arkansas-side police, the cyclist was westbound on East 14th when he rode in front of an SUV that was southbound on Broad. No citations were issued.
