The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council celebrates its 2018-2019 members and the upcoming season with a members-only from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m today.
Held at the Regional Arts Center in downtown Texarkana, the Membership Fiesta will be a fun-filled evening with appetizers, refreshments and entertainment provided by the dueling piano duo 2Pianos. TRAHC will also reveal the upcoming season's schedule of events for the Perot Theatre Series, ArtsSmart, Arts on Main, Women For the Arts, TAAC and exhibits at Regional Arts Center.
Memberships begin at $40 and are required to attend the party. Memberships can be either processed over the phone by calling 903-792-4992 or completed at the door tonight.
"TRAHC is doing our membership party a little different this year. We hope that our past supporters enjoy the change, and it helps introduce new people to our organization and mission to grow people and community through the arts. In the past we have simply revealed the upcoming season. This year we want to show our appreciation for our members' support with an evening of entertainment along with the season reveal," said Brian Goesl, TRAHC executive director.
