The Texarkana, Ark., Board of Directors could approve the purchase of two trucks at its regular meeting Monday.

The board will take up a pair of administrative authorizations that will allow improvements to U of A Way to proceed.

The agenda includes a citizen communication time during which members of the public may address the board on any topic for up to five minutes each.
