The rescheduled Texarkana Black History Parade will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday in downtown Texarkana.
The parade was postponed from its original Feb. 24 date because of inclement weather.
Starting at Hazel and East Broad streets, the parade will proceed along the normal route on Front, Olive, East Broad and Pine streets to North State Line Avenue.
This year's is the 27th annual Black History Parade in Texarkana. Organizers expect about 65 entries to participate.
