The Texarkana, Ark. Walmart launched a common sense approach Monday to shopping with an online grocery pickup service.

Customers can place an online order and Walmart employees will deliver the order to the vehicles in selected parking zones, said Amanda Young, assistant manager of the Texarkana, Ark. Walmart.

Walmart knows how to market the program and lists who will benefit from the new service which includes:

-Busy people of all ages

-People who hate standing in line

-People whose children hate grocery shopping

-Anyone who needs assistance to run errands

-Travelers so when you arrive back home on a Sunday night, you have some food to make those Monday school lunches.

It saves customers money and reduces impulse shopping.

The Texarkana, Ark. Walmart will offer the service from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week

"It's better service for the customers," said Young.

Customers can let Walmart know how soon they will arrive the the store, she said.
