Trinity Christian announces top grads for 2018

Trinity Christian School will hold graduation ceremonies at 7 p.m. Friday at Trinity Baptist Church. There are 17 students in the 2018 class. Valedictorian is Reid Fellers and salutatorian is Haley Wallace.

Chris Oliver was arrested Tuesday on DWI charges.

Reid is the son of Ron and Deann Fellers. He has attended TCS for 15 years and has participated in basketball, baseball and track for four years each and cross country for two years. He has also participated in National Honor Society for six years, Forge for four years and Student Council for three years. Reid earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2016, participated in the MASH program and was a 2017 Arkansas Boys State delegate. Reid will attend Oklahoma Baptist University in the fall and pursue a degree in biochemistry. He plans to become an ophthalmologist.

Haley is the daughter of Joey and Ellen Wallace. Haley has attended TCS for four years and has been involved in Forge for four years and National Honor Society for two years. She will attend Southern Arkansas University in the fall and pursue a degree in biology. She plans to become an occupational therapist.

Both students received the LifeScholar Scholarship offered by LifeShare Blood Centers. Other 2017-18 honor graduates are Lauren Nealy, Josie Smith and Megan Ward.
