Crews are replacing a signal light mast arm at Summerhill Road and College Drive.
Work began at 2 p.m. today and will last until the job is completed, according to the Texas Department of Transportation. The intersection will be closed to traffic.
Motorists are asked to find alternate routes to their destinations and avoid the intersection.
The construction schedule and road closure can change because of inclement weather or other unforeseen problems.
