Two big storms so close together is rare in the eastern Pacific, and Hurricane Iselle could make landfall by Friday and Tropical Storm Julio could hit two or three days later, weather officials said. Texarkana, Texas, police are seeking information on two suspects who allegedly stole credit cards from a local business and used them to buy pre-paid cards.

The two women went into at least two businesses on October 2 and stole credit cards, said Shawn Vaughn, spokesman for Texarkana, Texas, Police Department. One of the cards was stolen from an employee's purse that was in her office at the first business, and two more belonged to people working at the other business. After each theft the woman immediately went to several places around Texarkana and used the stolen credit cards to purchase several hundred dollars in pre-paid credit cards.

Police are hoping someone will recognize the suspects from security camera photos.

If anyone recognizes the suspects, they are asked to call TTPD at 903-798-3116 or CrimeStoppers at
