CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic's move from Jefferson Avenue to 3502 Richmond Road is nearly complete. The clinic will open in its new location Monday.
Providers at the clinic are Dr. Jamie Campbell, Dr. Brittany Ackley, Dr. Mark Gabbie and Kathy Brannan, family nurse practitioner.
"It is exciting that we have the opportunity through our new location to meet the health care needs of more patients," Campbell said. "Studies clearly demonstrate people who establish an ongoing relationship with a primary care/family medicine physician experience a healthier life or better manage chronic conditions.
"Our goal as family medicine physi-cians is to partner with our patients in achieving optimal health and overall well-being."
The clinic will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and will offer patients onsite X-ray services; diagnostic lab services; sick and well office visits; annual flu shots and flu testing; women's care, including pap smears; A1C diabetes testing; sports physicals; treatment for sports-related conditions and injuries; and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension and obesity.
Also available are minor skin procedures, including wart removal and cryotherapy, minor joint injections and aspirations, hearing and vision screening, childhood and adolescent immunizations and access to a network of specialists to coordinate care for various diseases.
"Though the name CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic may be fairly new to this area, the mission and goals of our providers and health care teams remain consistent with our CHRISTUS mission of extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ," said Dr. Brent Bennett, chief of primary care for CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in the Texarkana region.
