A woman who allegedly ran over her girlfriend following an argument on Super Bowl Sunday has been indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon by a Bowie County grand jury.

Clarissa Blair, 33, of Garland, Texas, was allegedly visiting her girlfriend of seven years on Feb. 3 in Texarkana, Texas. The two had allegedly been watching the Super Bowl at Fat Jack's bar and got into an argument while driving home, according to a probable cause affidavit.

The alleged victim reported that she got out of Blair's car after the two pulled into a parking lot and continued arguing. Blair allegedly ran over 38-year-old Tenisha Wilson and drove back to Wilson's apartment on Kennedy Lane in Texarkana, Texas, where she was found by police, still sitting in her car.

"On the left front quarter of the vehicle I observed fresh blood splotches and scratch marks," the affidavit states. "There was also blood on the back left quarter and the front passenger side door."

Blair allegedly admitted to running over Wilson. Blair also allegedly admitted as well to consuming, "two liquid marijuanas, two shots of Patron and one draft beer," while at the bar. However, Blair performed well on field sobriety tests and was not charged with an intoxicated driving offense.

Wilson suffered a large gash to her face which made speaking with officers difficult as she was being treated at a local hospital. Doctors advised that Wilson would likely suffer scarring to her face and that additional tests were planned to determine the extent of her injuries.

Blair faces two to 20 years in prison if convicted. Her case is assigned to 102nd District Judge Jeff Addison.

Blair is currently being held in the Bowie County jail with bail set at $100,000.
