Board members of the Margaret Daniel Education Foundation presented grants to Ashdown educators during their Back to School Breakfast on Aug. 6. Grants were provided to purchase a Cricut maker, a T-shirt press, Playa Way Library, Dash and Dot iPad minis and Grammar Planet for a total of $10,235.57. The foundation sponsors a dinner and silent auction each year to raise money to support "out of the box" innovative ideas from Ashdown teachers.
