TEXARKANA, Texas - Beginning Sept. 3, a segment of North Park Road will be closed for about three weeks as it is reconstructed.
North Park between Winchester Drive and Moores Lane will be closed to through traffic except for residents who live there, a city spokesperson said.
The work will begin with cement treatment and end with laying down a new asphalt surface.
Next on the city's list is similar work on portions of Stonewall Drive and Stonewall Trace, set to begin about Sept. 30.
