Local nonprofit Partnership for the Pathway presents a check for $16,345 to the city of Texarkana, Texas, on Monday at Spring Lake Park. The donation is to cover matching funds required by a Texas Parks and Wildlife grant the city used to rebuild the walking trail around the park's pond.
