Pleasant Grove Independent School District's Board of Trustees will interview potential superintendent candidates Feb. 25, 26 and 27.
During Tuesday's regular board meeting, a representative from Arrow Educational Services told trustees they had several applicants for the district's top spot. The position became vacant Jan. 1 when the former superintendent, Dr. Jason Smith, took the president's job at Texarkana College. Smith had been with the district for three years.
Roger Hailey was named interim superintendent in October and will serve until a replacement is hired.
