Miller County, Ark., Quorum Court recently approved the purchase of a truck and related equipment for $122,000.
The truck will be used for road repairs in Miller County, said Carl Teel, road administrator.
The purchase was approved during the recent Quorum Court meeting.
Miller County Judge Cathy H. Harrison is authorized to enter into a multi-year sale/purchase agreement for the purchase of a 2019 cab and chassis.
The sale and purchase agreement will have a four year
term.
The total cash price of the cab and chassis with modifications and equipment shall not exceed $122,000.
The dump bed and hydraulic crane with attachments to be added to the cab and chassis will be furnished by the road department. The cab and chassis will be used by the road department and will be funded through the county budget, said Teel.
