Pleasant Grove Independent School District's Board of Trustees will meet at 5:30 p.m. today to consider the 2018 audit, a technology purchase and the middle and high school course guides for 2019-20.
They will also consider approving the instructional materials committee and the compensatory education plan.
In addition, trustees will consider approval of the closing costs associated with the land agreement they have with CHRISTUS Ark-La-Tex Health to trade 4.35 acres at the elementary school for 12.054 acres on which the new elementary school will be built.
The tract is located at Galleria Oaks and Christus Drive. The new school will be funded through a $19.9 million bond voters approved in May for the new school, security improvements and technology upgrades.
An executive session is also planned for members to consider personnel.
The meeting will be held at Central Services, 8500 N. Kings Highway, Texarkana, Texas.
