The meeting date of the Miller County Quorum Court will change to the second Monday of each month and will be scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Miller County Courthouse.
The Quorum Court approved the procedural ordinance Tuesday which outlines the rules to conduct a meeting.
The county clerk shall serve as secretariat to the Quorum Court and shall perform all administrative and record-keeping duties of secretariat of the Quorum Court.
The session was the first for-
mal meeting for Miller County Judge Cathy Harrison.
The Quorum Court also approved the "Freedom of Information Act." The county clerk shall be responsible for giving the public notification required by the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of regular, special and committee meetings of the Quorum Court.
