Pleasant Grove Independent School District's Board of Trustees will consider amending the district pay scale during their regular meeting today.
The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Central Services, 8500 North Kings Highway.
Trustees will also hear a construction update from Superintendent Chad Pirtle and consider a memorandum of understanding with the Texarkana, Texas, Police Department for a school resource officer. In addition, the board will consider the 2019-20 campus and district handbooks and the student code of conduct, along with the advanced course list for the high school.
Also on the agenda is consideration of providing tuition-based pre-K for employees' children who are four years old.
A closed session is also scheduled for discussion of personnel and to amend the district pay scale.
