The Defense Logistics Agency at Red River Army Depot will host a hail and farewell for its outgoing and incoming commanders.
The event takes place at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Hilton Garden Inn and Texarkana Convention Center, 2910 Cowhorn Creek. Lt. Col. Seth M. Olmstead is the incoming commander, and Lt. Col Jeffery P. Chamberlain is the outgoing commander. Dress will be casual civilian. Tickets are $35 and seating is limited.
