A man has been arrested on a charge of burglary of a building in Texarkana, Texas.

Ronnie Willis is being held in the Bi-State jail. His bond has not been set, according to the Texarkana, Texas, Police Department.

About 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, a woman who lives in the 2300 block of Shady Lane was awakened by a loud noise in her back yard, according to information from TTPD. The woman immediately got up to check her video surveillance camera and could see that the door to her storage building was open and items were sitting in the yard.

Officers Cole Bredenberg and Josh Bewley were very close when the 911 call came in and found Willis walking across the woman's yard as they arrived. He was stopped and told the officers that he happened to be walking in the neighborhood on his way to Nash, Texas.

When officers checked, they found that the door to the storage shed had been pried open and a generator that had been in the shed was loaded up in a wheelbarrow.
