The TexAmericas Center Board of Directors will decide on a lease extension for a major tenant during their regular monthly meeting at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
Board members will consider allowing the center's executive director to grant a sixth extension on a warehouse lease for Expal USA-an energetics firm which repurposes explosives.
In other business, board members plan to swear in new board members and elect new officers, as well as making committee appointments.
The board will meet inside the Nash Muncipal Training Center behind Nash City Hall.
