Sheriff's office searching for missing Bowie County teen

UPDATE: Bowie County Sheriff's Office released a missing person's poster for Hanna Mechelle Rawson, 16, on Thursday but reported Friday morning she had been found safe.

Hanna had last been seen at her home on March 10.

"The Bowie County Sheriff's Office thanks everyone who assisted in getting her information out," BCSO Chief Deputy Jeff Neal said Friday in a news release.

The Bowie County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing teen.

Hanna Mechelle Rawson, 16, was last seen at home on March 10.

Hanna is 5'6 and weighs about 150 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo that says "granny" on her left wrist and a tattoo of a sunrise on her ankle, according to a news release from BCSO.

She is known to frequent area motels. Please notify BCSO at 903-798-3149 or 911 if you know of her whereabouts.
