The Sulphur River Basin Authority's Board of Directors will meet at 1 p.m. today to consider possible action on the strategic plan.
During a special meeting April 23, the board held a strategic planning work session with Alysia Cook of Opportunity Strategies, who helped the board identify their goals and how to achieve them.
The board will also elect a vice president and secretary and hear updates on the feasibility study, the Clean Rivers Program, the Region D Water Planning Group and Riverbend Water Resources District.
The meeting will be held at the Mount Pleasant Civic Center, 1800 North Jefferson Ave., Mount Pleasant, Texas.
