Woman with a Vision and Vanessa Jackson-Fields will host a candlelight vigil Sunday for ending domestic violence.
Titled "A Rose is Still a Rose," the program from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Octavia's Center will feature survivors sharing
their stories, a performance from Mary Adele Philips and Tammee Harvey as guest speaker.
Octavia's Center is at 2315 Texas Blvd. in Texarkana, Texas.
