TEXARKANA, Texas - Treats and toys are on tap for Halloween at Spring Lake Park.
The Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a trunk or treat event from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, to be followed by a screening of "Toy Story 4."
Those staying for the movie are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Concessions will be available.
