TEXARKANA, Ark. - A 50-year-old man was killed Tuesday afternoon in a motorcycle accident on East Street.
Texarkana Arkansas Police are investigating the fatal accident between the motorcycle and a car that happened about 2 p.m. at East and Division streets.
The victim was identified as Phillip Burnett, 50, said Sgt. Kristi Bennett, spokeswoman for TAPD.
Burnett was northbound on East Street when he collided with a vehicle turning eastbound in front of him, Bennett said.
