CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas-Former "The Price is Right" host Bob Barker will return to a Texas military installation where he became a Navy fighter pilot to help celebrate its 75th anniversary.

Naval Air Station Corpus Christi on Thursday announced the 92-year-old Barker will be the guest speaker at its March 12 celebration.

The Navy installation has supported pilot training and operations since opening in 1941. A Naval Air Station Corpus Christi statement says Barker became an aviator and earned his wings on Dec. 6, 1944. He achieved a lieutenant junior grade rank.
