WHITE SETTLEMENT, Texas-A 24-year-old Fort Worth-area man now joins three brothers in being charged with capital murder in the fatal shooting of a teenager.
White Settlement police say Chase Allan Nix of North Richland Hills was arrested Friday in connection to the Sept. 18 death of 18-year-old Xavier Olesko. Twenty-three-year-old Sean Garrison, 18-year-old Tyee Garrison and 17-year-old Kyle Garrison were taken into custody Wednesday.
Nix is being held at the Tarrant County jail on a $200,000 bond. Online jail records don't indicate whether he has an attorney to speak on his behalf.
