Texas man arrested in shooting deaths

BRYAN, Texas-Police say a 29-year-old man arrested Wednesday in College Station is charged with two counts of murder in the shooting deaths earlier this month of two brothers.

Authorities say Marcus Earl Ray of Bryan was arrested without incident and is also charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He was being held Thursday at the Brazos County jail.

Investigators say Ray was among at least three masked people who burst into a Bryan home Oct. 3 to rob the residents of money and drugs.

Terant Franklin and Dominque Franklin were shot and killed. Another person was wounded by gunfire and a fourth person escaped the home with two children.

Police are searching for at least one other suspect.
