Lois Burnett

Lois Mulhollan Burnett, 91, of Ladson, SC, formerly of Texarkana, TX, died Thursday, August 18, 2016, in Moncks Corner, SC. She was born January 9, 1925, in Texarkana, TX. She was a retired bookkeeper, a member of First Assembly of God, Texarkana, TX, the Order of the Eastern Star, and the Social Order of the Beauceant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Ralph Burnett. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Ralph Troy and Linda Burnett; three grandchildren, Joseph and Rebecca Demelis, Tera Burnett, and Danielle Burnett; two great-grandsons, Damien and Kohen Demelis; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, August 25, 2016, at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas Chapel, with the Rev. Hal Haltom officiating. Burial will follow in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
