QUEEN CITY, Texas—Robert Francis Gillette, 77, of Atlanta, Texas, died Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, at his home. Mr. Gillette was born Feb. 8, 1939. He was an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Gillette of Atlanta; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Richard and Karin Gillette of Antioch Texas, and Gary Gillette of Atlanta; one daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Steve Davis of Texarkana; one sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Lenny Richardson of Syracuse N.Y.; nine grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Queen City Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cass Cemetery. Visitation will be noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
