CHARLES BRANUM

Charles David Branum, 75, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2016, in a local nursing home. Mr. Branum was born Nov. 11, 1941, in Hornersville, Mo. He was a farmer, employed in telecommunications and an Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Cale and Carol Branum; one daughter and son-in-law, Alicia and Jay Shellogg; two brothers, Sammy Branum and Craig Branum; two granddaughters, Lauren Branum and Elaina Shellogg; and one grandson, Jackson Shellogg. Memorial services will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with the Rev. James Ross officiating. Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
