ATLANTA, Texas—Ruth Terry, 87, of Doddridge, Ark., died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Terry was born April 27, 1929, in Gibsland, La. She was a homemaker and a member of Enon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Terry. Survivors include five daughters and four sons-in-law, Pansy and Wayne Taylor of Vivian, La., Carolyn McCasland of Atlanta, Marilyn and Allan Griffin of Ida, La., Kathy and Dudley Holcomb of McLeod, Texas, and Mary and Ricky DeMoss of Ravanna, Ark.; one brother, Robert Griffin of Kalamazoo, Mich.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Enon Baptist Church with Gary Terry and Ricky DeMoss officiating. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery under direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
