STEVEN GURLEY

Steven Craig Gurley, 60, of Haworth, Okla., died Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, in a Paris, Texas hospital. Mr. Gurley was born June 27, 1955, in Hooks, Texas. He was a member of Church of God in Christ. Survivors include three sisters, Joyce Hubbard, Rosie Daughtery and Cathy Carreathers of Hooks; four brothers, Charles Gurley Sr. of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Fred Gurley Jr., John Gurley and Anthony Gurley of Hooks; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Haynes Mortuary with the Rev. John Gurley Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Springs Cemetery, Hooks.
