NORMA TINSLEY

ASHDOWN, Ark.—Norma Ruth Cain Tinsley, 77, of Garland, Texas, died Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Tinsley was born Sept. 5, 1938, in Cerro Gordo, Ark. She was preceded in death by one son, Danny Tinsley. Survivors include one brother, James C. Cain of Ashdown. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. today in Oakhill Cemetery, Ashdown, under direction of Madden Funeral Home.
