Stacey Dawson

Stacey Ann Dawson, 50, of Ashdown , Arkansas left this earth to be with her Lord and Savior on May 25, 2016. Stacey was born February 20, 1966 in Ashdown, AR. to Thomas Stuart and Evelyn McElroy. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Ashdown, AR. Stacey was preceded in death by her sister, Kim Stuart, and her nephew, Corey Cousins. Stacey was a loving Mother, "Little Nana", daughter, sister, and friend to many. She is survived by her mother, Evelyn McElroy of Foreman, AR., father and mother, Thomas and Patsy Stuart, of Ashdown, AR., one daughter, Emily Pass and two grandsons, Jordan and Bryson, of Ashdown, AR., three brothers, Michael Friday, of Winthrop, AR., David Moore, of Texarkana, AR., and Carl Moore, of St. Milan, Illinois., seven sisters, Kathy Hadaway, of Foreman, AR., Pam McElhannon, of Foreman, AR., Natalie Fields, of Foreman, AR., Melanie Friday, of Texarkana, Tx., Trina Pounds, of Foreman, AR., Cherie Trowler, of Texarkana, AR., and D.T. Tedder, of Minden, Louisiana; and numerous nieces and nephews. Stacey was a spiritual woman with a giving heart. She was loved by many and loved many in return. She was very thoughtful and never met a person she didn't love whole heartedly. Stacey had an infectious laugh and a smile that would warm your heart. She left this earth with a multitude of friends and family whom will miss her terribly . Visitation will be Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 12:30-2:00 prior to the Memorial service at the First United Methodist Church in Ashdown, AR. Memorial Service will be Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the First United Methodist Church in Ashdown, AR. with Brother Jim Cross officiating.
