HENRY KEENER

Henry B. "Cowboy" Keener, 88, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, May 18, 2016, in Texarkana. Mr. Keener was born July 7, 1927, in Ogden, Ark. He was employed in production with Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant. Survivors include his wife, Rosie L. Keener of Texarkana; three sons, Henry E. Keener and Issac Collins of Texarkana and Michael Keener of Ogden; three daughters, Gloria Tabron of Dallas and Judy Cursh and Telonda Wimbley of Texarkana; one sister, Callie Donaldson of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. today at Unity Baptist Church with the Revs. Henry Keener and Paul Keener officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary.
