NEW BOSTON, Texas—Patricia G. Stone Barberee, 73, of Maud, Texas, died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Barberee was born April 9, 1943 in Arkansas. She was a retired Expediter with Red River Army Depot and a member of Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post, New Boston, and Church of God. Survivors include her husband Mike Barberee of Maud; two sons, Cash Chisum and Brett Chisum of Van Buren, Ark.; four daughters, Teresa Meriman, Dina Butler and Lisa Chisum of New Boston, Texas, and Patti Chisum of Texarkana; two stepdaughters, Marnie Ward of Ashdown, Ark., and Shelley Jones of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. Gravesideservices will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Center Ridge Cemetery, Maud, with the Rev. Matthew Butler officiating. Burial will be under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home.
